RE: APPROVEAPPOINTMENTOF ANNESALAZARTO THE BOARDOF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Anne Salazar be appointed to said board as the
District 4 representative, to replace Jennifer Galindo, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Anne Salazar to said board,with a term
to expire May 23, 2009.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Anne Salazar be,and hereby is,appointed to the Board of Public Health,with
a term to expire May 23, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of October, A.D., 2006.
