RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 627 - MYRON SCHOMMER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 14th day of July, 1982, considered the request of Myron Schommer for a mobile home to be used temporarily during a medical hardship on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, being more particularly des- cribed as follows: Part of the SW4, Section 28, T1N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Myron Schommer for permission to place a mobile home to be used tempor- arily during a medical hardship on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.
