The two contracts issued by HACOL were between the Housing Authority of Estes Park and HACOL as well as the Loveland Housing Development Corporation and HACOL. The total number of units the HACOL has Project Based is 25. Both of the contracts work with family (multi-family) units. The Milliken Housing Authority currently has all site control of the land and has received zoning, subdivision and site plan approvals. There are no current concerns regarding any of these issues. The infrastructure is presently under construction. The projected occupancy is set for October 15, 2006. There are no present concerns regarding infrastructure. The proposed land is not in a flood plain.
