Comments ❑ Public Works has reviewed Nelson Subdivision — Resubdivsion of Lots 9, 10, & 11, Hill-N-Park Subdivision, by Alles and Associates, Inc., (surveyor)dated May 8th, 2006. o This request appears to only involve lot line adjustments for Lot 9, Lot 10 and Lot 11. o The adjacent parcels have adequate access to Yellowstone Drive and it is Public Works understanding that all accesses would from individual access points. o Each lot would be granted a single access point on to Yellowstone Drive. o There does not appear to be an access issue involved with this request. ❑ The applicant should consider any recommendations by the Utility Coordinating Advisory Committee. Weld County currently has jurisdiction and maintenance of Yellowstone Drive, which is paved adjacent to the lots under review. ❑ Public Works has no disagreement with this amended major subdivision final replat at this time. Recommendation ❑ The above comments are prerequisites prior to recording the amended major subdivision final replat.
