RE: APPROVAL FOR PETTY CASH FUND FOR BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and
Director of Buildings and Grounds have recommended to the Board
that a Petty Cash Fund in the amount of $100 .00 be created to
facilitate small emergency purchases for Buildings and Grounds
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County that a Petty Cash Fund in the amount
of $100 .00 is hereby created for Buildings and Grounds.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
July, A.D. , 1984 .
