Property is used for the operation of a high tech sector engineering facility. 12' x 30' is office space,housing computers,files,manuals,etc. 28' x 30' is shop space used for prototyping and 12' x 40' is storage and utility area. We have no employees besides family members and no customer traffic. 2. Morrison Engineering is already consistent with Section 22 in that there is no conflict with any provision within section 22 and further 22-1-120 paragraph A is specifically supported in that it is within my right to utilize my property for gainful employment as long as it is just my family.
