RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Clint Heidenreich be appointed to said board as
the fire protection county appointee, to replace Tom Bizzell, and that David Montgomery be
appointed to said board as the law enforcement county appointee,to replace John Michaels, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Clint Heidenreich to said board, with
a term to expire January 9, 2007, and to appoint David Montgomery to said board, with a term to
expire January 8, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Clint Heidenreich and David Montgomery be,and hereby are, appointed to
the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board,with terms to expire January 9, 2007,and
January 8, 2008, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of January, A.D., 2006.
