TRUSTEE'S DEED
THIS DEED, dated April. 14, 2005 from the John Leonard Warner Trust,
hereby conveys and grants to Liberty Properties, LLLP, P.O. Box 10, Mead, CO 80542.
The Grantor, for $875,000.00, grants and conveys to the Grantee, their
successors and assigns, the property located in Weld County, Colorado described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, together with One (1) share of Highland Ditch Company,
subject to those matters set forth on Exhibit"B" attached hereto.
To have and to hold the property hereby conveyed unto the Grantee, their
successors, heirs and assigns.
