HomeMy WebLinkAbout20062511.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0600077 AGAINST MICHAEL AND CLETO VIDAURRI, C/O GIL VIDAURRI FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Michael and Cleto Vidaurri, c/o Gil Vidaurri, VI #0600077, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of September, 2006, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Michael and Cleto Vidaurri, c/o Gil Vidaurri were not present or represented at said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until October 10, 2006, to allow adequate time for the property owners to restore, remove or screen the noncommercial junkyard from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-way.
