By this correspondance and with full knowledge of the owner, I am requesting a continuance
of our Board of County Commissioner meeting from August 15, 2007 to September 5, 2007. We
appreciate your support in this matter.
We had an excellent meeting with Anadarko on Friday and I believe we have worked out a
satisfactory arrangement for both parties. We will be providing 200' drill circles within
the existing 400 ' drill windows as provided for by Oil and Gas Commission Rule 318. This
-' 'ill result in only a couple of lot line adjustments and no major changes to the overall
lan. I will be reviewing this information with Bob Buderus early this week and follow-up
with our Attorneys on the agreemnet documents as well. We expect to have this wrapped up
within the next two weeks.
