RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR HOTEL AND
RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE FROM YE'O JR., INC., DBA BOLDT IN GRILL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Boldt in Grill, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, an application for the renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor Liquor License,
for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and a hearing before the Board was held on the
5th day of March, 2007, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter until
after the upcoming work session scheduled for March 5, 2007, regarding various concerns, and
WHEREAS, said applicant has exhibited a State Liquor License for the sale of malt,vinous
and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises, outside the corporate limits
of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the renewal application for a Hotel and
Restaurant Liquor License presented by Ye'o Jr., Inc., dba Boldt in Grill, be, and hereby is,
continued to March 12, 2007, at 9:00a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2007.
