Michelle, I am in receipt of the following information regarding conditions of approval
prior to recording the plat for USR-1585:
Dust Abatement Plan- Surface is gravel
Waste Handling Plan- No hazardous chemicals stored on site, B&C refuse are trash haulers
for the site.
The information for conditons prior to recording the plat listed above have been reviewed
and approved. All health related conditions prior to recording the plat have been
addressed, met and can be removed.

I have met with Mr. Darrell Felton in regards to the access into his facility. The
gate into the facility and the ground surface of the area is more than sufficient for our
apparatus. There are no other requirements at this time for this facility. If you have any
