Kim,
An update. Our inspector, Josh Holbrook, made another site visit to the Windsor Assembly of
God Church and identified missing improvements (stop sign, detention grading and outlet
structure, closure of the construction entrance, and other small items). We also will want an
as-built survey of the drainage swales, points in the parking area, detention pond and outlet
structure when built.
Given that we've had some difficulties with this builder/construction company in the past, I
recommend that we withhold $15,000. of their collateral for Public Works infrastructure items
until they finish the work.
Add to that any amount you want for your items.
