Submitted by: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain
Region
In response to: Land use proposal, referenced by Docket # 2007-70,
submitted by applicant, Kerr-McGee Gathering, LLC, for a Mineral
Resource Development Facility with one or more microwave transmission
towers.
Comment:
Due to the location of the proposed facilities relative to FAA Radar and
Communications Facilities, the proposed construction may present a
hazard to Air Traffic Control Operations. Therefore, prior to
construction, Kerr-McGee should submit a notice for construction to the
FAA for review via form 7460-1 pursuant to FAA Regulations: Part 77:
