RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 515 - LAWRENCE C. ADLER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 9th
day of November, 1981, considered the request of Lawrence C.
Adler for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel
of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, more particularly described as follows :
The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 10 , Township 4 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Lawrence C. Adler for permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th

ing. A period of 21 to 28 days ' s needed to provid adequate time
