ADLER WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 9th day of November, 1981, considered the request of Lawrence C. Adler for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10 , Township 4 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
