Re: Ridnour Property/USR— 1556 RECEIVE()
Leland & Julie Ridnour- Applicant
Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 2: NE/4NE/4
Weld County, Colorado
Dear Mr. Ogle,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Kerr-McGee Oil&Gas Onshore LP,oil and gas rights
are not affected by the request for a site specific development plan USR-1556 currently proposed by Leland
&Julie Ridnour. It is my understanding, after visiting with Leland Ridnour on the property, that a mechanic
shop will be constructed as portrayed on the attached drawing. Should there be a change of plans for the
location of this building, KMG would like to have a consultation done on site to verify that there is no
negative impact on the COGCC legal drilling window.
Please contact me at 720-264-2628 if you have any questions or comments about this matter. As
always, Kerr-McGee looks forward to cooperating with surface owner of the Property and the County to
accomplish its land use planning goals.
Sincescly,
- Ge & Gas Onshore LP

Weld County Commissioners :
We live at 11995 Weld County Road 11 1/4, Longmont, Co. My wife
and I live directly east of the area at the bottom of Leland
Ridnour' s property that was fenced on the west and south side but
is open to the east toward our place. It doesn 't bother us at
all and we feel that he should be able to pretty much do what he
wants with his own property.
We support his wanting to have his mechanic ' s shop on his own
property.
Thank you

Weld County Commissioners:
I live to the east of Leland and Julee Ridnour and want to impress upon you that the
vehicles that he has at the bottom of his place that are fenced in on the west and south
sides in no way troubles me.
I feel that a man should be able to do whatever he wants on his own property within
reason. Leland has many times assisted me with my own machinery when I need help
and is always friendly and courteous, not to mention his ability to be a very hard worker.
Please grant him his request for his special use permit so he can continue to support the
needs of his clients and the community.
Thanking you in advance, _

Weld County Commissioners:
We live at 4879 WCR 24 3/4 (two doors west of Leland and Julee Ridnour) and want to
inform you that from our view to the bottom of Leland's property and his fenced-in area ,
nothing concerns us that is disturbing. Even if we are returning home, going west on
WCR 26, we do not see anything that we consider out of place. In fact, if you did not
know that area existed, you probably wouldn't even notice it.
We feel that he has gone above and beyond the expected, in trouble and expense, to
cordon off that which apparently offended Jerome and Diane Aites.
Since he has begun working back in the second shop further to the north, we cannot
hear any of his noise or activity at all. There are many times that we work outside in our
own yard or outbuildings late and still cannot hear a slight bit of noise.
We feel that Leland should be given his special use permit to enable him to continue his
mechanic's work.
Thank you,
Jan England
