The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
February 13,2007 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting
that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy
the violations.
