Subject: Senior Nutrition Agreements with the City of Pierce and the
City of Greeley Recreation Department
Enclosed for Board approval are Non-Financial Agreements between the
Division of Human Resources' Senior Nutrition Program and the City of
Pierce and the City of Greeley Recreation Department.
The Agreements update arrangements made for the use of the Pierce
Senior Center and the Greeley Senior Activity Center as congregate
meal sites. The Pierce Senior Center will be a congregate meal site
from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday' s. The Greeley Senior
Activity Center will be a congregate meal site from 10:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. on Monday' s and Wednesday' s.

NON-FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, is made this 3rd day of January , 1983,
by and between the Weld County Division of Human Resources Senior Nutri-
tion Program, hereinafter designated as the "Project," and the City of
Greeley Recreation Department, hereinafter referred to as the "Site. "
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to work together for the express
purpose of providing nutrition services to the senior citizens of Greeley,
Weld County; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide a congregate meal site for
senior citizens in Greeley, Weld County; and
WHEREAS, to implement these goals , the parties desire to establish
an Agreement for the use of the Greeley Senior Activity Center for the
Weld County Senior Nutrition Program; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties hereto
covenant and agree as follows:
1. The Site agrees to allow the Project use of the kitchen, including
equipment, restrooms, and dining hall at no cost as a congregate meal site,
Monday and Wednesday of each week, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
2. The Project will work in conjunction with the University of
Northern Colorado to provide meals.
3. Representatives of the Colorado State Department of Social Services
may make inspections of congregate meal sites at any reasonable time.
4. The Project will be responsible for the recruitment of partici-
pants to the Weld County Senior Nutrition Program and for providing sup-
portive services to the senior citizens of Weld County.
5. This Agreement may be amended at any time with consent of both
parties.

6. This Agreement may be terminated upon. thirty (30) days written
notice by either the Project or the Site.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Project and Site have set their hands as of
the date first written above.
