Our comments and requirements are as follows: COMMENTS & REQUIREMENTS: The re-subdivision appears to be a vacation of Lot 3 Lupton Meadow Division No. 3 in order to execute a recorded exemption Lot A— B split on the parcel. The applicant is advised that the comments associated with the recorded exemption application remain valid. The applicant shall provide information conforming to Section 24-5-40 of the Weld County Code. If easements or rights-of-way are to be vacated, they shall be shown and highlighted on the plat maps. All known utilities shall be shown on the plat map to eliminate the vacation of a utility easement that may exist on the parcel.
