HomeMy WebLinkAbout20070066.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0600349 AGAINST JEFFREY AND TABITHA KRAFT FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Jeffrey and Tabitha Kraft, VI #0600349, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 9th day of January, 2007, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS,Jeffrey and Tabitha Kraft were not present or represented at said hearing, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until February 13, 2007, to allow adequate time for the property owners to be notified of the violation hearing date. The potential noncompliance with the Weld County Code is the presence of a non-permitted mobile home. As we have previously discussed,the mobile home was initially permitted through the "Temporary Medical Hardship" (ZPMH-1560) Zoning Permitting process. Due to the fact that it is no longer being utilized for this purpose and since the property has changed ownership, the mobile home shall be removed from the property.
