In that hearing, we will be highlighting issues that have been documented in letters to the county, letters between the gun club and the neighbors and other documents contained in the county's file. We will also be presenting some information that may be unfamiliar to the members of the gun club -- we don't want to ambush them with it at the hearing, we would rather they have an opportunity to prepare a response. So, I am attaching a MS Power Point file that contains a series of aerial photos from Colorado Aerial Photo Service in Denver(obtained 10 days ago) -- I have superimposed graphics that highlight improvements that have been made on the property from 1973 to 2004. In our presentation, we will be expressing concern about the lack of permits and inspections related to these improvements, specifically questioning the safety of these improvements. Also, we will be mentioning that access for the irrigation ditch was compromised with the excavation done on the south end of the property circa 2002. Bethany, we are sending this email to you as well because we believe this brings into question the validity of the 2003 approval of the gun club's NCU application. It is my understanding that, in the event the USR is not approved, the gun club's configuration and level of use will have to be scaled back. We feel that this Power Point file may impact to what extent the operation would have to be scaled back. Kim, as we talked about on Tuesday, could you forward this information to the gun club?
