valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam:
Please refer back to our original appeal. We feel our value at this time is too high, due to location, and
age. We have no city services as some of the other properties valued due. We have tried to come up
with properties that our similar in nature to ours and it appears values our lower than ours. There have
not been many sales with in our area to compare to as well.
I have included pictures of several of the houses around our location which would be a draw back to
any buyer due to the condition in which they keep their property and no enforcement to clean up their
area which would then help to increase our value.
We would also like to bring to your attention that 10 ft. off our property line is another building which an
excavation business with big trucks is run. We do not own this property and to be able to sell our
residence would be extremely difficult due to the fact we do not own this property someone else does.
I know if I where to purchase again and realize this was going to happen we would not have done this.
Therefore we feel the value of$403,748 is too high, it would be more appropriate to be valued around
$315,000 area.
