Dear County Commissioner,
Effective September 1, 2007 the channels contained in our Digital Cable Entertainment
Paks will undergo realignment. The Sports Mega Pak will no longer be offered, but none
of the channels from the Sports Mega Pak will be dropped. They will simply be
reassigned to our Family Adventure Pak or Movie Mania Pak at no change in price.
Copies of subscriber letters are included with this letter.

Dear Digital Cable Customer:
Important changes are taking place with your Digital Cable services,please read on.
In the most recent billing statement you received from us, we mentioned that a number of
changes will be taking place with your Digital Cable service beginning September 1,
2007. You currently subscribe to a level of service we call Movie Mania Pak; one of
three different digital entertainment oaks currently offered.
Several digital entertainment pak channels are being reassigned to different yaks.
After September 1st, Sports Mega Pak will no longer be offered, however the majority of
channels currently available with that service will simply be reassigned to either the
Family Adventure Pak or Movie Mania Pak. In addition, some channels presently
available in Movie Mania Pak may move to the Family Adventure Pak, as well as the
other way around. Please refer to the enclosed channel line-up and rate card for specifics.
The most significant change affecting your current subscription will be as follows: After
September 1St,Movie Mania Pak subscribers must first subscribe to our Family
Adventure Pak. Family Adventure Pak is priced at $4.95 per month. If you do not want to
add Family Adventure Pak to your current service, you have the option of switching to
Family Adventure Pak instead. If you choose to switch to Family Adventure Pak, be
assured that the cost of your monthly service will not change.

indicate you do not subscribe to any of the digital services we offer.
After September 1st, your continued use of a digital entertainment terminal will also
require a subscription to a qualifying digital programming package. Such packages start
as little as $4.95 per month. We have a variety of different programming package options
available that offer up to several dozen additional channels, starting for only pennies
more a day. Please refer to the enclosed channel line-up and rate card for specifics.
