THIS DEED is made by Intrawest Bank of Greeley, a National
Banking Association, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Laura A. Sarchet, deceased, Grantor, to David H. Sarchet and
Joyce E. Sarchet, as joint tenants, whose address is 13344 Weld
County Road 28, Platteville, CO 80651, Grantees.
WHEREAS, the above-named decedent in her lifetime made and
executed her Last will and Testament dated March 14, 1962, which
Will was duly admitted to informal probate on April 14, 1983, by
the District Court in and for the County of Weld, and State of
Colorado, Probate No. 83PR96; and,
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative
of said estate of April 14, 1983, and is now qualified and acting
in said capacity;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the power conferred upon Grantor
by Article 12, Section 771 of the Colorado Probate Code, and for
the consideration of Two Hundred and Twenty-Three Thousand and
