RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF$500.00 TO WELD COUNTY SHERIFF'S
OFFICE K-9 UNIT, BY STARTEK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,Startek,244 Dundee Avenue,Greeley,Colorado 80634,has donated$500.00
to the Weld County Sheriffs Office K-9 Unit, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the donation of $500.00 by Startek be, and hereby is, accepted and
designated for use by the Weld County Sheriffs Office K-9 Unit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along with a
letter of appreciation, be forwarded to Startek.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of March, A.D., 2007.

We need to get a board resolution together for a donation that is wanting to be made to Weld County
The donation will be coming from Startek. Cash in the amount of$500.00. It will be going to the Sheriff's
Office K-9 unit. They will make the donation as soon as we give them a copy of the resolution.
