Home My WebLink About20073451.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING WAIVER OF TEN-DAY WAITING PERIOD FOR CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM BID - NORTH RANGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH BUILDING WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Department of Purchasing has requested a waiver of the ten-day waiting period for the Security System Bid for the North Range Behavioral Health Building, Bid Request No. B0700157, due to the need to commence installment of said security system immediately,and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to waive the ten-day waiting period for said bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the ten-day waiting period for the Security System Bid for the North Range Behavioral Health Building, Bid Request No. B0700157 be, and hereby is, waived. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the low bid from Protection One be, and hereby is, accepted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of November, A.D., 2007.
