This is in response to your letter dated February 13, 2004, concerning the filing of 2004 budgets
for the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority and Antelope Hills Law Enforcement
Authority. As discussed enclosed are resolutions and minutes of meetings where the Board of
Weld County Commissioners acting as the respective Law Enforcement Authority Board
abandon the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority and Antelope Hills Law Enforcement
Authority on May 2, 1994. Due to this action no annual budgets has been filed since that time.
