SEEWALD WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the request of Peter J. Seewald for an exemption form the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10)(d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 A.
