RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY TAX
LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES ON MOBILE HOME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by letter dated October 16, 2007, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as Exhibit "A," John Lefebvre, Treasurer of Weld County, has requested authorization
to cancel County Tax Lien Certificate Number 20031844 described as PIE 18974 IMPS only MH
L13-14 BLK1 1st add Stewart 66-1647200515, 449 Spencer Avenue, Pierce, Colorado 80650 for
the reasons stated on Mr. Lefebvre's letter, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to cancel said County
Tax Lien Sale Certificate as requested by the Weld County Treasurer, pursuant to
Section 39-10-114(2)(b), C.R.S.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County that County Tax Lien Sale Certificate Number 20031844, be and hereby is, cancelled.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of October, A.D., 2007.

According to Joyce Miller of my office, who handles the County's tax liens, the Town of Pierce has asked
us to forgive the taxes of$372.48 dating back to 2002 on schedule number M0657786-an uninhabitable
mobile home located in the town of Pierce- so that they may remove said mobile home to the dump. I
have no objection to this request and I ask that you pass a resolution in favor of this issue.
