RE : INCREASING THE RECORDING OFFICE 'S CHANGE FUND FROM $400. 00
TO $600 . 00
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk and Recorder has formally requested that
the Recording Office' s Change Fund be increased from $400 . 00 to
$600. 00 to accommodate recent program changes, and
WHEREAS, said request has been reviewed by the Director of
Finance and Administrative Services and he recommends that the
request be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request for an increase
in the Recording Office' s Change Fund from $400 . 00 to $600 . 00 be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
August, A. D. , 1983 .
