When we put the sprinkler on the property, it left' approximately 9 acres in the NE corner of the farm. We sold approximately 6 acres with the improvements after obtaining a recorded exemption. Of the 3 acres left , we are able to irrigate approximately 2 acres through flood irrigation. This has not been an economical practice . EAST Our neighbor to the geestIR who has a dairy on approximately 14 acres has asked us to sell the 3 acres to him so that he can provide housing for his hired man.
