Subject: Reconsider Zoning Permit for a Commercial Vehicle,ZPCV#0010
In regard to my first response. I did not want a commercial permit issued then and I do not want one
issued now. Mr. Jackson has had the 18' trailer in question since he has lived there. Why all of a sudden
does he need commercial permit for the trailer? On Mr. Jacksons'property there is a pile of old
tires, wood piles,2 boats, a camper for a pick-up,2 small flat bed trailers, a greenhouse type storage
which is full of stuff, a 5th wheel trailer, which seems to be winterized and hooked up to a 100-150
gallon propane tank which is sitting on the ground.Mr. Jackson is still hauling junk in, but nothing going
out. This is a residential area and I would like to keep it as such.
