My dogs are housed during the night hours , we have dog doors they go into and the doors are locked on the outside so the dogs can not get out. The dogs are to be in by time the sun goes down. The only nights the dog go in late is Sunday and Wednes- day due to us being at church. They are in by 9 pm on those nights . I will do all I can to keep the rules that where given to the kennel , by the Planning Board Commissioners . Please let me know if there is any things I can do for you. Thank you, C C Rebecca A. They are now simply renewing this license through the state. Chris From: Chris Gathman Sent: Thursday, May 19, 2005 2:06 PM To: Monica Mika Subject: RE: Monica, Prior to recording the plat. Char required them to submit a letter outlining when they would submit the application to PACFA. Evidently the applicants needed to save up enough money to submit the application. Char indicated that they had received the letter from the applicants and that we could proceed with recording the plat. I spoke to Becky Haynes. She has paid the final amount on the PACFA license (she had to pay an additional 10%). She indicated that she had sent it off this week. I received confirmation from the State that a license was in process. The State Department of Agriculture (Division of Animal Industry) stated the license application had been received and that the license would be issued upon receipt of the fee (the license application has already been processed). The PACFA licenses are required to be renewed on a yearly basis.
