NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be and he is authorized to sign said permit on behalf of Weld County, according to the terms and conditions therein, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this resolution. Your request for permission to install a gas pipe line under County Highway #.257 and North along said highway 201 feet in the barrow pit. • That this 3 inch line be encased in apipe of 6 inch diameter and installed by method of boring or jacking through underneath the road surface (open.but allowed up to the edge of the highway surface). No water to be used in the boring and no tunnelling allowed. That you restore the.disturbed portion of the right—of—way and roadway to its original condition. The back— , filling to be well tamped and packed and.,the last 12 inches of backfill to be of stable granular material, such as orushed'reek or gravel; 'The-line 3n barrow pit shall be three feet.deep and as near the fence as possible. All dirt and debris to be removed from the County Highway right—of—way when this work is completed, That you maintain this line at all times and assume full responsibility for any damage it may'cause. COLORADO WYODING GAS CO. �°s � • R/W Agent 1/1-Sid RESOLUTION OPENING COUNTY ROAD. • Commissioner Riggs offered the following resolution-and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, The residents of the Windsor and Milliken communities have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to open and construct a read eighty feet in width, being forty feet on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEgSE*) Section Three (3), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-Seven (67) West of the 6th P.M., in Weld County, Colorado; Thence South along the East line of Sections 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34 in said Township 5 North, Range 67 West; and continuing South along the East line of Section 3, Township 4, North, Range 67 West to the Southeast corner of said Section Three, to join the Johnstown - Milliken road, and WHEREAS, in order to provide the residents of Milliken with.;a b etter road to-Greeley and to provide the residents of Windsor with a more direct,and better road to the Twin Bridges and State Highway No. 85, it is necessary to open two miles of road, deeds for which have been given to Veld County.
