RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Rourke be appointed to said board as
the law enforcement representative,to replace Susan Knox; and that Rick Wetmore be appointed
to said board as the alternate law enforcement representative, to replace Brandon Luna;
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Michael Rourke and Rick Wetmore
to said board, with terms to expire November 1, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Michael Rourke and Rick Wetmore, be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms to expire November 1, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 2nd day of April, A.D., 2007.
