RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF NICHOLAS BERRYMAN TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Nicholas Berryman be appointed to said board
as the District 4 Representative, to replace James Welch, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Nicholas Berryman to said board,with
a term to expire July 31, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nicholas Berryman be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning
Commission, with term to expire July 31, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of December, A.D., 2007.
