RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF FT. LUPTON
AS SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County currently owns the following described
property located in the Town of Ft. Lupton,
Lot 28, Block A, Riverview Addition to
the Town of Ft. Lupton
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the
abovedescribed property is no longer needed by Weld County for
governmental purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to declare said property as
surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the abovedescribed pro-
perty located in the Town of Ft. Lupton be, and hereby is, de-
clared to be surplus property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
August, A.D. , 1980.
