COLORADO Recommendations
Public Works would like to add this verbage to the Staff Recommendations as follows:
"The applicant shall apply dust suppression chemical (magnesium chloride or calcium chloride) on Weld
County Road (WCR) 61.5 between the USR access point and State Highway 392 no less than twice a year, or
more often as determined by the Department of Public Works. "
As development standard #20 and renumber accordingly.
