RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS OF NANCY MEEK, MARCIA OSBORN, AND LORNA
LOSH TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Nancy Meek, Marcia Osborne, and Lorna Losh
be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Nancy Meek, Marcia Osborne, and
Lorna Losh to said board, with terms to expire January 31, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nancy Meek, Marcia Osborne, and Lorna Losh be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging, with terms to expire January 31, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of April, A.D., 2007.
