Our neighbor's house, Parcel 120712200088 at 5380 CR 36, just sold for $430,000. Their house is nicer and the property has more improvements and more acreage. It is unrealistic to place a value of$507,133 on our property. This recent sale, along with the other supporting sales information we have provided shows our property is not worth $507, 133. We recommend the more realistic value of$380,000.
