Box 758 Greeley, CO. 80632 To Whom It May Concern, I am appealing my home evaluation based on the following. Our house is a basic no frills house with no fire place or fancy roof designs. I got on the computer and listed 4 homes for the time period required. I averaged the price of these homes based on the square footage and came up with a value of $287,950.00. One of the houses had a fully finished basement and another one had a partially finished basement. The value of the two basements was not subtracted from the selling price of the home, this would have dropped the total evaluation to approximately $2811000.00. Si cerely Gareld E.
