the rating of Aaa to the $1,300,000 Weld County,Colorado--Colorado
Landfill Incotperated-Pollution Control Project (S.B.A. Guaranteed,
Full, Faith & Credit of the U.S.) which sold by negotiation on
January 28, 1980.
In order that we may maintain the currency of this rating over
the period of the loan, we will require current financial and other
updating information. We will appreciate your continued cooperation
in the future.
