OTTINGER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Subdivision Exemption No. 177 , the Board of County Commissioners did approve an Amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 366 , Lot "B" , concerning property described as part of the S1, Section 22 , Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, on the 30th day of March, 1983 , for Virgil N. Ottinger, and WHEREAS , the Board has been advised that the size of Amended Lot "B" was incorrect pursuant to the legal description submitted by Associated Engineers , Inc. , and WHEREAS, said legal description was as follows: That Part of the South Half (S1) of Section 22 , Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M.
