RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 796 - MR. AND MRS . WILLIAM
ROSS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 19th day of October, 1983, considered the request
of Mr. and Mrs. William Ross to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 8 , Block 32 , Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Mr. and
Mrs. William Ross to place a mobile home to be used as a princi-
pal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was
found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance,
Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
October, A.D. , 1983 .
