valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by

Dear Board Members,
Please excuse my ignorance. On my first Appeal I incorrectly
enclosed House Values that were Currently For Sale, not SOLD Properties.
When I received my Notice of Denial I have done some research,
I have found that approximately 55 % of the houses Sold in my area were
Sold UNDER the price of my Previous Actual Value before the Denial while
approximately 33% of the homes were Sold OVER the current Assessment,
The remaining 12 % still Sold for UNDER the current Assessment......
Enclosed is a list of the SOLD Properties, 20 in all.
I would like to take this time to THANK YOU for your attention to this
matter..
