OF MINING LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, in accordance with certain provisions of
the hereinafter described lease, does hereby release, relinquish and
surrender to the original lessor(s) named in said lease, their heirs,
successors and assigns all of the right, title and interest of the
undersigned in, to and under that certain Mining Lease and only that
certain Mining Lease dated the 30th day of September , 1977 ,
by and between County of Weld, Colorado, a political subdivision of
the State of Colorado, by and through its Board of County Commissioners
as Lessor(s) , and POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION
as Lessee, recorded on the 6th day of October , 19 77 ,
in Book 810 , Page ----, Rec. No. 1732396 , of the records of
Weld County, State of Colorado , insofar
only as said lease covers the following described lands located in
said county, to-wit:
Township 9 North, Range 60 West
Section 20: W'SE4
Section 21: S'SE4
Containing 160.00 acres more or less
but there is excepted from this Release any and all right, title and
interest of the undersigned under said lease in any other lands covered
by said lease which are not specifically described in the Release.
