I explained the definition of Derelict Vehicle. He asked he could put tarps on them. I explained that we did not consider that to be adequate screening. He asked about his "Ag Exempt" equipment. I explained that if he utilizes it on his property, it is considered "Ag Exempt" provided it operates. He said it does. He said he has already removed 1 car. He said he runs vehicles in derby's. I explained that derby/race cars that have been operated in a sanctioned race within the last year are exempt from the screening requirement. He said okay. I indicated that my next step is to send a 30 day letter; however, I would go ahead and send him a 60 day letter. 03/12/2007 Property Inspected Upon a visual inspection of the property, the following items were noted: Derelict vehicles & race cars -some derelict, furniture, wood, iron/metal and miscellaneous debris.
