A public hearing was conducted on October 10, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner David E. Long, Chair
Commissioner William H. Jerke, Pro-Tem
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner Robert D. Masden - EXCUSED
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher- EXCUSED

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 21, 2007, and duly published
September 26, 2007, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of James Warner for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit #1617 for an Oil and Gas Support Facility (commercial water tap used by oil and gas
specific equipment and transportation vehicles to service off-site oil and gas operations) in the
A(Agricultural)Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Chris
Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant, Ryan Warner, is not present;
however, he did submit a letter requesting a continuance until December 5, 2007, when the full
Board is scheduled to be present. Mr. Gathman stated there is one surrounding property owner
who has a conflict with the requested date, and based on a follow-up telephone conversation with
the applicant, he recommends a continuance to January 16, 2008. He further stated the
surrounding property owners are agreeable to the extended delay as long as the commercial water
truck hauling activity remains minimal,or ceases, until a determination is made by the Board. Chair
Long stated, as a matter of process, the applicant is allowed the opportunity to request a
continuance to a date when a full quorum of the Board will present.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Garcia moved to continue the request of James Warner,do Ryan Warner,fora Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1617 for an Oil and Gas Support
Facility(commercial water tap used by oil and gas specific equipment and transportation vehicles
to service off-site oil and gas operations) in the A(Agricultural)Zone District, to January 16, 2008,
at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Jerke, and it carried unanimously.

Chair Long advised the public that if they are unable to attend on January 16, 2008,the Board does
review written testimony or oral testimony from an authorized representative. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:45 a.m.
This Certification was approved on the 15th day of October 2007.
