RE : APPROVAL OF PURCHASE PRICE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN PART
OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH
P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, AND AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE
WARRANT FOR SAME.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant tc Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners deems it in the
best interests of Weld County, Colorado, to purchase a certain
parcel of land for the construction of County Road 27 . 5 , such
land being more particularly described as follows :
A portion of the northwest quarter (NW4) and the north-
- __ east quarter (NE4) of Section 5 , Township 4 North,
_ Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the north quarter corner (N4 Cor. ) of
said Section 5 and considering the north line of said
• Section 5 to bear north 90°00 ' 00" east and considering
all other bearings contained herein relating thereto:
Thence north 90°00 ' 00" west 220 . 30 more or less to the
apparent center line of Weld County Road 27 . (said
point being north 90°00 ' 00" east 4 . 63 feet from the
south quarter corner of Section 32 , Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado) .
Thence south 1°45 ' 40" east, 630 . 45 feet more or less;
Thence north 88°14 ' 20" east, 30 . 0 feet , more or less to
the true point of beginning (T.P.O.B. ) ;
Thence south 1°45 ' 40" east, 98. 93 feet, more or less;
Thence north 63°42 ' 20" east, 189 . 85 feet, more or less ;
Thence south 88°14 ' 20" west, 152 . 71 feet, more or less ;
Thence north 46°45 ' 40" west, 28 . 28 feet, more or less ,
to the true point of beginning.
Said described parcel contains 0 . 161 acres , more or less.
.-- WHEREAS , the purchase price for the above described parcel
of land shall be ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($1, 500 . 00) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the purchase price of
ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1, 500 . 00) for
above described parcel of land be, and hereby is , approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
accepts the Quit Clair: DJed from Lucy V. Garcia, Arthur P. Garcia
and Susie Garcia on the above described property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that a warrant in the amount of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
= NO/100 DOLLARS ($1, 500 . 00) be issued to Lucy V. Garcia , Arthur
P . Garcia, and Susie Garcia for the purpose of acquiring said
parcel of land.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th
day of October, A.D. , 1982 .
