RE: APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS G. BAUR TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Health
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas G. Baur be
appointed to the Weld County Health Board to represent District
5 for a term to expire December 31, 1981, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Thomas G. Baur to said Health Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Thomas G. Baur be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Health Board for a term
to expire December 31, 1981.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
